Ronald Orr ( Ronnie ) COO of Eagle Environmental Group and CEO of Orr Energy Services LLC.

Orr began his career in 1979 with Unit Rig & Equipment Company in Tulsa, and shortly thereafter became one of the founders of Thomas Acid & Tool Service in Duncan , OK, where he was General Manager until 2004. That year he founded Orr Enterprises, Inc, functioning as President/CEO until merging into Eagle Environmental Group in early 2023 with the formation of Orr Energy Services LLC. Mr. Orr has been one of the largest midcontinent providers of plugging services in the mid continent for decades and has worked for some of the largest companies in the upstream space, garnering a spotless reputation and a loyal customer base.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.

Mr. Kemendo was a founding Board Member and became the Chief Financial Officer of the original iteration of Eagle. Prior to joining Eagle, Mr. Kemendo spent 26 years in public accounting as a partner with Woodrum, Kemendo, Tate & Westemeir, PLLC, a large private accounting and consulting firm located in Tulsa. In addition, Mr. Kemendo has served as the interim Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of a variety of businesses at the request of Boards or at the pleasure of the Courts.

Grant Harper began his career in 2016 with Francis Energy in Tulsa. His 8 years of experience in corporate finance have included work in treasury management, financial modeling, and project financing. In 2022 he participated in a successful institutional equity raise at Francis Energy. Grant joined Orr Energy Services in July of 2023. He has passed the first and second level CFA exams, and he was one of the authors of a paper that was published in the Review of Behavioral Finance in 2022. He earned his BSBA in Finance and MBA from the University of Tulsa.

Cole Brown serves as the Regional Manager of the Duncan, OK Region for Orr Energy Services, LLC. Cole has over 17 years of oil and gas plugging and well services experience. He started as an Equipment Operator, quickly rising to Operations Manager. Previously, Cole was the founder of NC Brown Resources, which sold as part of the Eagle transaction. Cole’s expertise goes beyond the oilfield, thriving on managing people and new business development.

He graduated from Northeaster State University in 2006 and was a member of the NSU Men’s golf team.

Butch is a 45-year veteran in the oil and gas plugging and well service space. The Dunkin family legacy spans three generations through which they responsibly plugged and abandoned an estimated ten thousand wells throughout the Mid-Continent region of the US. Butch began work for his father’s well plugging business in 1977, at the age of 15, and In 2013 founded Dunkin Oilfield Service Company, which was acquired in 2022 and has since merged with Eagle Environmental Group, LLC with the formation of Orr Energy Services LLC.

Mr. Flores has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas plugging and well service industry. He manages the largest region and number of Orr Energy rigs and employees. In 1998, he started as a rig operator and cement hand. Mr. Flores worked his way up to Regional Manager, where he continues to excel at ensuring quality crews are always available in any region necessary, while also performing all the daily supervisory duties to ensure his region runs smoothly.

Jason has over 23 years of oilfield services experience. Right after college, Jason began his career with Orr Enterprises, Inc. In 2000, he started as a driver and cement hand, working his way up to Pusher. Jason has dedicated last 8 years to Management. Specializing in oilfield services, Jason has vast knowledge of the industry. Jason serves as Regulatory Manager. He attended the University of Oklahoma.

Joe began his career in the oil and gas service sector with Patterson UTI Drilling in Williston, North Dakota in 2007. He worked for several different drilling companies during this five year tenure in the Bakken Trend in its boom years. He then ventured internationally for seven years with Viking International in Kurdistan, Iraq and Muscat, Oman, and then with Gulf Drilling International in Doha, Qatar, rising to the level of Toolpusher with both companies. Joe came back to the US in 2020 with Eagle Energy Group as its Senior Field Superintendent. In all of these capacities he has had to rely heavily on his ability to train and supervise site personnel in all aspects of their duties, not the least of which included safety standards and procedures to prevent injuries and identify safety concerns. His certifications include; Well Control - Completion Workover Supervisor., Safeland USA, Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED, DOT-Vehicle Inspections (pending)and Wire Rope Inspection (pending).

He is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota with an Associate’s Degree from Minneapolis Community Technical College. Additionally, Joe was an elite youth hockey player, having been on various amateur and minor league teams over a 17-year period.

Micah Russell is an accomplished professional in the field of energy, with a wealth of experience in various aspects of drilling and production operations. His career began in 2004 when he joined Halliburton, where he developed expertise in production enhancement and fracking. In 2007, he moved on to Orr Enterprises, where he started as a pipe hauler and cement pumper before working his way up to become a supervisor, regional manager, and logistics expert.

With over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Micah has established a strong reputation for his technical skills and ability to lead successful operations.

Micah and his wife, Robbie, reside in Duncan, OK. They have one son, Rex, and soon to be son, Waylon. In his down time, Micah enjoys golfing and fishing.

Melissa serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She has 13 years of service within the Eagle companies and has been actively involved from the inception. Melissa has filled many roles and worked in many aspects of the company including Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounts Payable and Operations. Melissa uses her experience to support the Team’s administrative and operational functions and goals. Melissa is member of Society for Human Resources Management and Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. Melissa attended the University of Oklahoma.
