Our emphasis on safety has been validated through rigorous surprise inspections. During a surprise OSHA inspection while a NOV 5C Rigs was working for BP America, ORR had no findings, warnings, or citations issued. Current Size
In 2017, ORR achieved the significant milestone of plugging thousands of wells across four different states. Since then, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its resources to include 17 rigs and 11 cementing units. With such expansion, ORR has become a prominent player in the industry.
To support its operations and growth, ORR has built a strong and dedicated workforce, currently employing over 150 people in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. This dedicated team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to clients and contributing to the company’s continued success in the oil and gas sector.
Training
Safety is of utmost importance at ORR, and we ensure that all our employees are well-prepared and certified to work in the oil and gas industry. Every team member holds a PEC/Safeland certification, demonstrating their understanding of essential safety protocols.
In addition, our rig operators undergo rigorous training and hold certifications in the IADC Well Control program. This specialized training equips them to handle critical well control situations with expertise and confidence.
Upon joining our team, each employee starts the process of incorporation into our Safety Matrix. This comprehensive program covers all necessary training and safety standards mandated by OSHA for the industry.
